I take 15mg of buspar 3X a day.Now my pharmacy is telling me there supplier is back logged with orders of buspar,and it will be at least 4 weeks before they will carry it again,and I should find a replacement for it.Does anyone know of a medication I could Use in place of buspar? ## I just wanted to make a change to my former post.It should read "a back log of 4 month's not weeks" Thanks, Rick ## Holy cow, that would be a long time to go without. I am using Loprin 75 for the last 5 years. I am also using Lisinopril/HCTZ 20 mg ( for blood pressure) and Lipitor 20 mg (for Chloesterol) regularly. In USA Aspirin (NSAID) is available in 81 mg. I have recently ordered this from a pharmacy in India. Is this the same as plavix? Is HAB pharmaceutical & research ltd. a reputable firm? ## I'm assuming this wasn't ordered from a U.S. or FDA approved pharmacy? The reason I am asking is because HAB is a very large pharmaceutical company in India and on their website's product page, they don't list anything called Lavix. I was wondering how bad is it if you take zanax while pregnant? ## Xanax does cross the placenta, meaning the baby also receives a dose and could be born addicted to the medication. ## I find the above statement a little far fetched. With all of the new regulations in place, pharmacies have to be very careful and most will not fill any prescriptions for controlled substances that come from outside of a certain local radius. If so, then you may do better asking them if they have a preferred mail order pharmacy, as that will likely garner your better luck for getting them filled.

My doctor has ordered this medication as I have cartalage deteration. My insurance says it is Indomethacin and is an over the counter vitamin. Please explain what it is. ## Where are you located? Without knowing this, I have no idea what the classifications are for the country you are in. For example, in the U.S. Diacerien is not even available, the U.S. FDA has not found it to be significantly effective at treating anything, because it showed effects only slightly higher than that of a placebo. And in the U.S. Indomethacin is a prescription only nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which is used to treat pain fever and swelling and it is not the same as Diacerein, at all.

How do you get off of opiates? ## Although I would recommend that your doctor be the one who sets up & monitors your tapering dosage, usually for drugs like this the safest way to stop taking them is to tapper off them, if possible. Some medications can be taken in fractions (actually cut into pieces) and these smaller pieces can be taken in place of the regular dose for a period of several weeks until the body is no longer dependent upon them. In my opinion, another key component to weaning off is to make yourself a tapering schedule on a calendar in order track your progress and keep you on the right path to complete your goal within a specific time frame.
