I found some small round pink/orange pills with the letters xs on both sides. BUT when I googled it, It came up lithium ## Hi Tammy, I'm not sure who told you this was Vicodin, but it has become apparent to me that this is confirmed to be a 300mg Lithium carbonate ER tablet; manufactured by Glenmark. I'm guessing you didn't get these from a real pharmacy? I could honestly never put my trust into the hands of people trying to make a buck on the street...
