what is stronger oxycodone 10mg or hydrocodone /acetaminophen10-325 mg ## From what I could gather, oxycodone is said to be approximately 1.5 times more potent than hydrocodone. So I'd put my bet on the oxycodone being stronger than the vicodin. Although I'd also imagine that its effects on each patient will be largely influenced by individual tolerance, pain threshold, severity of the condition, and other personal factors. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Oxycodone Details I hope this helps! ...

I was takeing loratab 10/500 blue with Watson 540 stamped on the pill, takeing four a day. My pain has worsened . Dr changed my meds to Oxcydone 10mg it's very small (pink with k56 on the pill). What's the difference . Got me takeing 1every 4to 6 hours and 180 a month. Is that ok? Or should I be worried? ## Hi Todd, Both of these medications are narcotics that are classified as controlled substances. Although they have similar side effects and drug interactions, they are different drugs. Oxycodone is generally considered to be more potent than Hydrocodone (although some people may find Hydrocodone to work better, due to individual differences in how people react to medications). It is also available as a single-ingredient medication or in combination with other active ingredient... ...

I am getting this other generic oxycodone 10 mg, smaller pill and no line , it doesn't seem to work as well, anyone experience or no why and if my state isn't using PMP - can I pay cash and get my refill early - I am going out of town, I will soon have a new insurance and dr. no contracts or anything to break. Thanks. ## Hi Irbo, Because each pill is manufactured by a different company, not only is there going to be a slight variation of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers), but also if the medication is in generic form, it is permitted by the FDA to contain as much as 20% more or less of the actual active ingredient as well. This could mean that a 10mg oxycodone tablet may actually have 8mgs in it. For some people these subtle differences are the equivalent of taking somethin... ...

Is A K56 Oxycodone The Same As Percocet
1 Reply RSS
i found a pink round pill with k56 on it is it the same as percocet? ## No, they are not the same. Percocet contains both Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. The Acetaminophen potentiates the action of the Oxycodone to help better control pain. And this tablet with the K 56 marking just contains 10mgs of Oxycodone by itself, in a regular release formulation. You can learn more Percocet details here and you can learn more Oxycodone details here. Both are narcotic opiates, so they have the potential to be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, they are different, due to the addition of the Acetaminophen in the Percocet. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

difference between two different kinds of oxycodone

Can anyone tell me the difference between two oxycodone pills I have ...lst one is...round pink np /12.. and second one is k56 round pink poll ## Hello, Kelly! How are you? There is no difference, they are just manufactured by different companies, which requires that they have different markings on them. It is very common for generics to be manufactured by several different companies and your pharmacy may switch which one they stock, at any time, depending on what company was offering the cheapest price at the time they needed to restock their supply. So both of these contain 10mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation, a generic for Roxicodone. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsi... ...

How Would The Doctor Write A Script For K56 What Is Brand Name
2 Replies RSS
Just wondering how the script would be written for K56 BID or PRN ## Hi Sara, Depending on the description of your pill, a round pink pill imprinted with "K 56" is identified as Oxycodone hydrochloride 10 mg. Manufacturer: KVK Tech Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 10702-0056 With regards to that information, I'd imagine that your doctor would simply write you a script for Oxycodone with that specific drug code or manufacturer in mind. Different doctors may write their scripts differently though, so I guess it's not really for anyone else to say how he or she might go about filling out a prescription form. Hopefully this information helps to answer your question! :) ## 50 2mg xanax 2pills nocte for sleep insomnia. 3 repeats. ...
