metoprolol tetrate ## we are trying to identify this pill, which filled a prescription for metoprolol tetrate 50mg. it's round peach and has number1 and line between it and number 2 on botton ## The closest match I could find was a round peach pill imprinted with the number "21" on one side and a score line on the other side with a very small "I" above it. It's a hexagonal shaped pill, peach colored. with a W and a 75 on it, I think it's either a ativan or flexaril. ## Actually, I have a bottle of these right here, it contains 75mgs of Ranitidine, a generic for Zantac, this is the over the counter dosage.
