DARVOCET,PAIN RELIVER WHAT DOES THIS PILL LOOK LIKE ## I am sorry, I actually don't remember if there was a Darvocet tablet on the market with this marking. What I wanted to add to this post in order to update the information is that as of this time, Darvocet is no longer available. It contained Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, the latter of which was a mild narcotic that was found to cause cardiac dangers and an inordinate number of overdoses. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items, since they are not required to have markings. Was it found in the U.S, or elsewhere?
