with letter L stamped in black on one side.....nothing on the other side...5 light pink pills were mixed in bottle with the dark orangepink pills...light pink pill with L467 imprinted on one side the other side is blank. ## The orangish round pill with just an L contains 30mgs of Iodinated Glycerol, this is an expectorant used to treat cold symptoms. The L467 tablets contain 81mgs of Aspirin, a low-dose tablet. Is there anything else I can help you with?

I found a small, round, pink pill that is coated with a 5 on one side and nothing but a score on the othe side. I can't seem to identify it.
