I was given a white oblong pill with p500 on one side and blank on the other side, I was told it is tyleonol, but is it? I have seen the same shape and imprint on rxlist but the pill was pink not white, and it doesn't say anything about a white pill. Is it Tylenol or propexyphene? ## Were you given this by your doctor or a friend? I only ask because the imprint and color have me questioning its authenticity. At present, the closest legitimate matches I've located are: A white oblong pill with "P" on one side and "500" on the other (Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride 500mg) ~ As well as a pink oblong pill with "P500" on one side and blank on the other (Acetaminophen *aka Tylenol* and Propoxyphene Napsylate 500mg/100mg). I agree that if the latter pill was white i...

round pinkish-brown pill with "P50" imprint on one side and blank on other. Supposed to be hydromorphone 4mg. I have my doubts. ## Is the P over the 50 and in black print, rather than etched into the pill? If so, then this tablet actually contains 50mgs of Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Learn more Diclofenac details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I've been taking diclofenac (cataflam) for about 8 yrs. now & this refill was different. I'd been getting a larger brownish rd. pill with gg738 on it so thought I better make sure this was another generic brand. This refill had P over 50 on a smaller, brownish-pink round tab. Thanks so much for the info.

pink ## I found a small bright pink oval pill in my daughters room. It has the id P50 imprinted on it. Do I need to be concerned? Does anyone know what this is? ## This tablet is manufactured by Pack Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. It not addictive, but could be dangerous, if someone takes too much of it, since it can cause bleeding, and stomach ulcers. Was this ever prescribed for you daughter?

This tablet is manufactured by Pack Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin, which is an antibiotic. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I found a white oblong pill with P500 printed on one side and no imprint on the other side what is this pill called? ## If it says p500 on ONE SIDE and is blank o. The other side and is a white oblong pill, it is Walmart's generic version of Tylenol/acetaminophen and it's 500 milligrams. I have the exact same pills right now. ## It's ge...

I found a white pill that has P500 on one side and the other side is smooth. I can only find a pink pill like this white one. So what is this pill? ## Hi Tiffany, Ciprofloxacin is the only remote match I've seen to this description; it's white and oblong, but has P on one side and 500 on the other. I think your best bet may be to contact the manufacturer of the pink version of P500 (Pliva Inc.) to find out if they changed their formula... Reason being is that I've also seen the same situation happen with pain medication tablet colors being changed from yellow to white over recent years, but still bearing the same exact imprint. So it's probably worth a shot. Just for the record, the pink version is identified as generic Acetaminophen (500mg) + propoxyphene napsylate (100...

It's a white pill blank on one side and has p500 on the other side ## Hi Ashley, *A white oval pill with a "P" on one side and "500" on the other reportedly contains 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin; used for treating infections. *A pink oval pill with "P500" on one side and blank on the other reportedly contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen + 100mgs of Propoxyphene napsylate; taken for pain relief. I understand that the description is slightly off, but unfortunately these are the two closest possibilities I could locate here. The pink pill described above is said to have been manufactured by Pliva. Because the imprint is identical it may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer directly just to see if they've ever changed the color of this specific tablet to white. ...
