The 5 mg tablets are also partially covered only 90 tablets are covered (free). I have a 28 day supply every month #112 if 5mg per my request no more than 4 in 24hr period written on the bottle or #56 10mg with (at my request no more than 2 in 24hr written on bottle.) I was switching back and forth to avoid being charged because without notice they stopped covering the Oxycodone the 1st time I was given my prescription of 112# 5mg they docked my amount to 90 tab because that's all dshs would cover and they refused to give me the remaining 22 because you can't pay cash on a dshs paid script.
