I have found a small round pink pill with M475 on one side and nothing on the back. ## This could be nifedipine, a medication taken for high blood pressure. It's what mine looks like. ## That is correct, this tablet contains 30mgs of Nifedipine, a generic for Procardia XL. This medication is used to help lower blood pressure. Need to know as found on floor in my kids' bathroom ## Pills marked with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter items, they are sold as the generic or store brand of many products. This particular one, with L 479 on it is the store brand of Benadryl, containing 25mgs of Diphenyhydramine, used to treat allergies. Side effects may include: drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. The closest possible match is a discontinued pink pill manufactured by Ivax Pharmaceuticals, which is Citalopram 20 mg (anti-depressant). Found a blister pack of 2 small round pink or peach pills/ Watson on one side and 245 on the other. Any clues ## Hi Jack, Watson 245 is identified as Necon 1/50; which contains Mestranol (0.05 mg) + Norethindrone (1 mg). Necon 1/50 is primarily used in the treatment of birth control. Watson 475 is identified as Next choice; which contains Levonorgestrel (0.75 mg). Next Choice is used in the treatment of emergency contraception. There are a number of round pink pills with T on them, but they also contain additional letters or numbers. Are there any other details which you can provide? metoprolol ## Good question. Do you happen to know what the strength of the pill is, as well as the manufacturer? There are several possible appearances for this pill. For example: Metoprolol manufactured by AstraZeneca comes in 25, 50, 100, and 200 mg dosages... All of those are White. But Mylan Pharmaceuticals manufactures METOPROLOL TARTRATE in 50 mg (which is Pinkish Red with M over 32 on it), and 100 mg (which is a lighter Blue with M over 47 on it). It is small,round and white. ## Based on the descriptions provided, the most feasible match is a white round scored pill with the imprint West-Ward 475 on it.
