im a 180 pound 21 year old male and a first time user of the abg 60 and im wondering if its too much for first time. ive had the sulfates but that was years ago. I use norco 10mg about once every couple weeks for pain. I usally take 3 norco 10mg at first sign of pain lol so I am versed a lil in the opiates. ## The usual adult dosage schedule for extended release tablets such as ABG 60 (Morphine sulphate extended-release 60 mg - NDC 0591-3513) ranges from 10 mg to 600 mg daily, given in equally divided doses every 8 to 12 hours or given as one dose every 24 hours. Since the dosage gap for extended release tablets is so large, I think it's safe to say that 60mgs still sits on the lower end of the dosage spectrum. I'd probably recommend doing a trial run for a week or so just to se...

i am receiving two colors, one pink and one orange/brown...both are marked abg 60 on both...has anyone said anything ## I'm not too sure about the pink colored pill, but I was able to locate the orange pill you have to be Morphine sulfate CR 60 mg (NDC 0591-3513); which is used to relieve severe or agonizing pain and suffering. You can view a more detailed description of Morphine, by clicking on the link below... Please post back if you have any other questions or comments to add.

i was taking coral round pill m in box 60 on other side morphine sulphate er now i take pinkish peach round pill 60 on one side abg on the other is this the same pill as i was previosly taking. is it morphine and what is cr ## Yes, it is the same medication, it is just manufactured by a different company. This is very common with generic drugs, whichever one your pharmacy has in stock may vary according to whichever company was offering the cheapest price at the time they needed to restock their supply. You can learn more Morphine details here. And the CR stands for controlled release, designating it as a time released formulation, just as the ER did on the ones you received previously. Are there any other question?

Cleaning out an old cabinet from a relative and found some pills from the days where it seems labeling wasn't a big thing so maybe some of you might know. First, an orange and brown capsule simply labeled "BMP 140" on each side of the capsule. Second, a red-coated tablet which either has 60, or GD (I'm not sure) with agb underneath it. Blank on the other side. I searched and 60 abg is what came up (says its morphine but the letters don't match). The next is the same type of logo (gd, 60?) with add right under it. It's grey coated as well. I have still never found out what my pink capsules labeled "pfizer 50" were, even after calling pfizer. I'm open to any clues you might offer.

i have been on morphine sulfate 60mg er for 3 months. the color of the pills have been pink with abg on one side and 60 on the other....this past rx i noticed that half of the pills are colored dark orange....abg on one side 60 on the other..i just want to make sure that they are the same strength...has anyone had this same thing happen to them...any answer would be very appreciated.. ## I just looked up the imprint ABG 60, and the orange pill is in fact Morphine sulfate CR 60 mg. It is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals. One possible difference other than the color, could be that the orange pill is noted to be "controlled release (CR)" instead of what you mentioned the pink one to be- "extended release (ER)". I'm not sure however what difference it would make to...

morphine 25mg light pink i need all info about it.can you shoot them up??what do they look like?? ## First, there is no 25mg Morphine tablet, the regular release tablets are 10, 25 and 30mg and the controlled release are 15,30,60,100 and 200mgs. The markings on some pink or similar colored Morphine tablets are: E 30, oval, 30mgs ABG 30, round 30mgs E 655 60, caplet shaped, 60mgs ABG 60, round, 60mgs E 200, elliptical, 200mgs M 60, round, 60mgs Do any of these match the tablet you have? And no, it is not safe to try to dissolve and inject them. Many tablets contain fillers and not all of them are meant to be broken down by the human body, they are normally just expelled as waste. If you crush and inject a tablet, you are putting these fillers in your body in ways in which it cannot prope...
