The brand name is Darvocet-N 100. It has 100mg propoxyphene and 600mg acetaminophen. It is a controlled substance that can be addictive. Pink round pills with 174 in black. The 174 wipes off. ## this is supposed to be a laxative. ## That is correct, it contains 5mgs of Bisacodyl, which is a stimulant laxative. What is this pill FR40 round pinkish /orange nothing on the other side can't find an ID for this pill? ## Hi Ann, Based on the imprint and color, there's actually three different medications that this round pink pill could be: Coldonyl (Acetaminophen 325 mg + Guaifenesin 100 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg) Acetaminophen 325 mg + Guaifenesin 200 mg + Phenylephrine 10 mg Emagrin Forte (Acetaminophen 260 mg + Caffeine 32 mg + Guaifenesin 100 mg + Phenylephrine 10 mg) Basically, no matter which pill it is, it does contain Acetaminophen + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine, and may or may not contain Caffeine. Hopefully others on here have this pill and packaging in their possession for complete verification of dosages. I hope this helps in the meantime!

DARVOCET,PAIN RELIVER WHAT DOES THIS PILL LOOK LIKE ## I am sorry, I actually don't remember if there was a Darvocet tablet on the market with this marking. What I wanted to add to this post in order to update the information is that as of this time, Darvocet is no longer available. It contained Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, the latter of which was a mild narcotic that was found to cause cardiac dangers and an inordinate number of overdoses. Thus, it was removed from the market in the U.S., Canada and most other countries, its relatives were also pulled from the market. Learn more Darvocet details here.
