What are blue pills (about pink nail sized) with 44-367 on them? I think it's a sleeping pill, not sure. ## This tablet contains 25mgs of Diphenhydramine (NDC 59779-0367). ive been taking the 10/500 mg loratab I was changed to the Norco 10/325 this month...and it feels like im taking aleve it does nothing for my pain I understand the the switch for the acc but is the pain meds the same...I don't think so ## Hello, Angelia! The amount of Acetaminophen is lower and since it augments the action of the Hydrocodone, the new pill isn't going to be as strong as the old one was. Learn more Norco details here. This is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. To be exact 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone. Drug store refiiled my prescription with a white oblong pill M367. I have been taking a yellow oblong pill 35 01 with a v on one side. Both I know are Hydrocondon-Acetaminopn 10-325. I recognize the M and V as the trademark manufacturer. I have found the yellow pill to be more effective than the white. Is this possible? ## Hi Karen, Different manufacturers use different inactive ingredients, binders, fillers etc...when making their "unique" formulations so it's possible that something that was used in the white pill could be causing your body to metabolize it differently than the yellow one. It could possibly be a foreign drug, since they are not regulated like US prescription drugs, or it could be something over the counter. ## they are an over the counter anxiety pill I got mine at my local health food store though I don't have the brand name on me.

What is the difference between these pills imprinted with 176 and m367? I've taken both pills and m367 doesn't seem to be as strong. ## @Arita, From what I could gather, both pills in question reportedly contain a 10/325 mg dose of Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen. The M367 is made by Mallinckrodt and carries a National Drug Code of 00406-0367. Hi. Came across a Norco 10/325 with simply "M367" and no "Watson" imprint. Real or garbage? ## @Stephen, Legitimate M367 pills don't say "Watson" on them. They only have the M367 imprint on the front and a vertical score line on the back side. Also, just for the record, these pills in particular are reportedly manufactured by Mallinckrodt, not Watson/Actavis. For verification, they carry a National Drug Code of 00406-0367 and are approximately 15.00 mm in size. You are right though about them being 10mg Hydrocodone bitartrate + 325mg Acetaminophen; a generic for Norco. can I take a zanax with a 10/325 hhdrocodone ## Dorothy yes it may just make you really sleepy ## @Dorothy (original poster), Based on my research involving drug interactions, I actually wouldn't recommend having Hydrocodone with Xanax. According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, "it may just make you really sleepy" is a large understatement by post #1. Apparently using the two together can also increase your risk of certain side effects including but not limited to slurred speech, confusion, dizziness, slow/shallow breathing, and impaired cognitive function. Better to play it safe and let your doctor decide what might be best!
