round white tablet with AN 627 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## not much detail; just a med size white tab plain w/ no score on one side and other side says AN on top and below is 627. ## And to add an identification for anyone else looking, the tablet with the AN 627 marking contains 50mgs of Tramadol, which is a centrally acting analgesic. It is derived from an opiate, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and can cause side effects similar to most narcotics, such nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Will ultram show up in drug screen as a narcotic drug or just like acetaminophen? Everyone says it is a narcotic, but my doctor says it's not. Which is correct?
