If so, my research tells me that the main ingredient in Melfen is Ibuprofen- a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication used to treat fever and pain, including pain caused by headache, toothache, arthritis, cold or flu, migraine, or menstrual cramps. I have Epilepsy and have used Epilim for almost 5years now and in that 5years I have gained almost 35kilograms. I have started to become depressed by getting fat from the Epilim so I turned to my doctor.
