What is 650 OM on yellow oval pills? ## This yellow, capsule shaped tablet with O M on one side, and 650 on the other was manufactured by Teva Pharmeceuticals, and they list it as having contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultracet, or Tramacet. It is used to treat moderate, to severe pain. NDC: 00172-6359 This tablet has been discontinued. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Dear doctor, Im 37 yrs. Mother of 2, im on allergy tablet montek for past 3 months and nasal spray nasonex. I received a different manufacturers pill and it is different. Last time it was a dusty rose pill that was quite small with a point on either end. This new batch is a triangular white pill with 3759 on one side and a 1 on the other. Does this sound correct? ## From our records I was able to locate that your pill 3759-I is Lisinopril 10 mg. A lot of times the manufacturers change their pill forms. Also the change of pills can mean a change in miligrams. Do you have any more questions or concerns? Please post back if you do.

five sided tablet ## I found this in my pills, and don't remember what it is. I only have three, but am curious as to what it was for. ## Your are the second person in a row asking about this medication, just a different manufacturing factory! It is generic lisinopril 20mg or name brand Prinivil. It is used for high blood pressure. Side effects include tickling cough, dizziness and drowsiness.

Can Symproic be used for other colon problems besides that which is related to opioid use? I don't take opioids but do have terrible bowel problems. it is a white pill that is small and circluar it is blank on one side and on the other side there is the number 37 at the top and then the letters AV at the bottom of the pill ## The only one I can find to match this says the imprint should have a 2 on the other side of the pill. It is called Demsopression Acetate 0.2mgs, it is a diuretic used to reduce the amount of water and salt in the body. ## Actually, it should have a 0.2 on the other side not just a 2. ## Sorry, the Ident database, just listed 2, it didn't say 0.2 and I couldn't find this one listed anywhere else, so I was not aware of that.

My friend came across some pills in a friend of hers purse, and we cannot figure out what they are. Her friend said that they were Lortabs, but I have never seen a Lortab that looked like this. Hi I am on 37 mcg of fentanyl patch, I was on a 50mcg and a 12 , I weaned myself slowly cutting my patch, my pain doctor doesn't want me to do that, so I went down a 12 mcg .. Sun now it's wed and withdrawal is starting and I feel miserable, I guess my question is, is there something to ease these symtoms, I was on them for fibro and then they say opiads don't work for fibro because over time it makes pain worse..
