methocarbamol 750mg ## Hello, Larry! How are you? Can you please double check the marking? I am not finding any tablets with 4241 on them, including Methocarbamol. However, there is one manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals that has the marking 4212 V on, which contains 750mgs of Methocarbamol. The FDA classifies this as a muscle relaxant that is used to treat the pain associated with sprains, strains and spasms. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

Plz help what is this??? ## Hi Rae, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a round white pill marked with "G" over "421" on one side, and blank on the other. There is also a horizontal score line on the side with the markings. This particular pill is identified as a 2.5mg Midodrine HCl tablet; which is used to treat hypotension. If there is in fact a "C" on your pill as well, then I'm not sure what it might be... but if you could please double check the imprint that would be great. NOTE: the size of the pill is also supposed to be approximately 7.00 mm I hope this info helps!

What are side effects? Risks of interactions with antidepressants/bi-polar meds such as Limictal and/or Klonopin and/or attention meds such as Vyvanse, dextro-amphetamine, dex, dexidrine? Ex stole my prescription and replaced those contents with Methocarbamol and Ativan. Not a horrible forced trade for me till next month when I refill and get back to my normal med blend, although she'll wish she had them when she starts coming down.
