I have white pills scored horizontally with ZC above the score & 25 below the score. I believe they are meloxicam but meloxicam is usually yellow & mine are white. ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Meloxicam (7.5 mg). If so, it is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing Promethazine, which is used to treat allergic reactions, and to prevent nausea, and vomiting. muscle relaxer ## Is that the exact marking on the tablet? What is the shape and color? I tried playing around with the imprint, but still can't find anything close to this. I found almost 20 of the pills in my boyfriends drawer. as far as I knew, I know all the medications he is taking. These pills look different and werent in a bottle. I found some oval peach colored pills with a 25|MG Z imprint. It's a medication for pets (cats) I think, but I can only find things that look similar yet have a different imprint than Z. light blue oblong ## I can't find any listing in our prescription drug resources that has this marking and is light blue and oblong. I have a strong suspicion from the shape and color that this is something available over the counter, however, there is a small possibility that it could be a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Tylenol P.M. ## Equaline brand Sleep aid. Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg Same drug and dose as allergy medicine (Benadryl and generic equivalents). Just a light blue color tablet instead of pink. I've been talking diphenhydramine for allergies every day for years, doesn't make me sleepy.
