it is a light blue tablet oval with center perforation for cutting in half....lortab ## What are the markings on the tablet? It is the imprint that would enable us to identify it for you, the shape and color actually don't mean anything. The imprints will vary according to dosage and manufacturer, but here are some examples: A blue, oblong with M361 on one side and a score on the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. Another blue, oblong with WATSON over 540 on one side and a score on the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. And there are several other blue tablets on the market, as well. Do either of these match the tablet in question?

Found this cream colored pill in my sons room it has a wo or a ow on one side depending which way your looking at it and a 650 on the back. What is it? ## That is correct, this tablet was manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, and they do list it as having contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it is an analgesic. NDC: 00172-6359 This tablet has been discontinued. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth, it also carries the risk of being habit forming. Oxycodone? White oval pill with Watson 625 on it. ## Is watson 625 a generic or brand name for Norco.?Are the inert ingredients the same? ## @Dave, The closest match I can find based on the description you provided, is a white oval pill with the imprint WATSON 825. It contains (650 mg) of Acetaminophen and (10 mg) of Oxycodone hydrochloride. Norco is a combination of Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, Oxycodone and Hydrocodone are similar but NOT the same. Therefore, this pill would not act as a substitute. If you're sure that the imprint is WATSON 625, could you provide a picture? That would give me a better chance of identifying the pill.

I found a pill in my 14 year old's pocket. It is white oval and 5113 V on the front and blank on the back. Please help me, I'm very worried. ## that sounds like a vicodin or a hydrocodone pill, some come with different #s on them but my husband had some, and I'm betting thats what your son had ## 5113 V is 650mg Acetaminophen + 100mg Propoxyphene. white thick oblong with the word watson 823 imprinted on top of pill ## I was unable to locate WATSON 823, I did however locate WATSON 825. Click here to see a picture of the pill. I have a tylenol bottle with several white and pink pills in it want to know if they are tylenol muscle and body pain.....Need to see picture ## That does match the description of the Tylenol 8hour for muscle aches and pain, but are there any markings on them? I don't have a picture that I can post, due to copyright reasons, but McNeil generally uses a logo on all their Tylenol products and that would enable use to know what they are. The tablets contain 650mgs of Acetaminophen.
