NOTE: You didn't mention the color or shape of the pill, but this one happens to be barrel/square shaped and is beige in color. Given the details above, I wouldn't suggest using Famotidine for any sort of pain management or relief. plain pill N on one side 20 other small almost rectangular ## I haven't located an exact match to this pill, but I do have a hunch that the manufacturer may be Novopharm; now known as Teva-Canada. They have a number of pills marked with "N" on one side and two digits on the other side. For this reason it may be a good idea to try contacting them directly to see if this is one of their own. I went to CVS got mine filled on Feb 18 2014 it was also the Actavis brand Oxycodone and I have taking different brands before and never had this feeling. I am having really high blood pressure, chest pain, my left arms feels asleep, my left leg as well,plus I get this pain down my left leg. I get them filled on the 18th and only takin 11 of them, even though they are prescribed 4 x day. I took 1 Tues morning at 11 am and by 3pm all them signs above came on, it lasted till wed about 6 to 7 pm. everything went back to normal. My blood pressure was fine, and non of the signs about. The only other thing I took was my blood pressure pills. I called the pharmacy and asked them if it had anything to do with the new Actavis Oxycodone since that is the only thing NEW IS THE BRAND ACTAVIS OXYCOD...

My friend got this pill and said it was an OxyContin 20mg, but I don't think so! It was yellowish in color, a small tablet with APO on one side and R20 on the other. The round light blue pills I found in my bedroom have a clear imprint of capital letter and a number I3. It is a size if and aspirin but not one of the medicine in my house. This pill is Ritilan 20 milligrams. It works well if not abused by folks that do not suffer from the debilitating effects from adhd or add. This controlled substance is well known as hillbilly or poorman's coke. It has reported same effects on the Brain as the street drug for non adhd ~ add. Parents please beware these meds are everywhere and equally dangerous as it's street drug sibling!! Ritilan is prescribed regularly to small children so again it's in one outta five homes folks. It's caused death, addiction, sickness and sadly i know parents who've sold their kids medicine stating child doesn't need as a second income getting one dollar per mg yup 20 for this pill!!
