amox tr k clv allergic reaction
I was on this for 9 days when I had a reaction, go into the sun and break out in large red areas, bumps, itching, and my face started swelling on any area the sun was on. Went to the Emergency room they said it's probable an allergic reaction to the medication. They told me to stop taking it and they gave me Benadryl and a few other meds. This was on Friday early evening, my question is how long will I still break out in this red itching rash because it is now Sunday and I still can't be out in the sun? ## Hi, Dawn! Very sorry about what you've been through. And unfortunately, if it's an allergic reaction, it may take a month or so for it to completely settle down. I suffered one last year myself and it kept me miserable for a little over a month. Have you tried using a ... ...

Chlorthalid Side Effects to date
I want to know the side effects of chlorthalid. will it effect my gums, and make my teeth loose ## Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and edema. It really isn't known to cause those effects, however, since it does remove fluid from the body, you will be dryer and this can include your mouth. If you produce less saliva, it can allow bacteria to stay in the mouth longer than usual, which could cause dental damage. That is something that you should be careful of, when taking it. You will need to make sure that you take in enough fluids in a day to prevent dehydration and such problems. Other side effects may include: nausea, dizziness and hyperkalemia. Learn more: Are there any other questions? ...

help me please in tampa fl
Where can I get my oxycodone 15mg filled in tampa area. Last month I had the dr switch me from 30mg to 15mg because the 30s were hard to get. So last month I go to Walgreens got the 15mg no problem But now this month I can't get any went to 5 pharmacies nothing. Is this happening to the 15mg too. Please. Help ## It's just an overall shortage, due to the fact that the manufacturing limits for the year have been met. Last month the pharmacy probably still had some of the 15mg tablets in stock, because there weren't as many prescriptions for them, but no doubt there were many other doctors who had the same idea yours did, so the supply was depleted. The best advice we can give is to talk to your doctor about using an alternative medication, in the meantime. Production will retu... ...

hydroco acetamin 7 5 325mg tab
what is the difference between the 325mg and the 7.5 325mg? ## Hello, Pat! How are you? There should be 2 numbers listed for anything that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, for instance, in the second one you've listed, that designates 7.5mgs of the narcotic Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Thus, you've not listed the complete information for the first one, since that only lists 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Can you please double check your information and post back? Thanks! ## All that is listed on my bottle is 7.5-325MG TAB MALLINO ...

Levotiz Plus
I have been advised to take levotiz for sore throat ## Levotiz contains the active ingredient Levocetirizine, which is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergies and, as such, it's not going to do much for a sore throat, unless it's been caused by allergies that have caused nasal drip that irritated the throat. Here's a link where you can read more Levocetirizine details. Who advised you to take it for a sore throat? ...

Price Of 80mg Oxycontin Op
I NEED TO KNOW THE OVER THE COUNTER PHARMACY PRICE OF 80 MG OXYCONTIN TIME RELEASE ## Oxycontin is a prescription only medication, since it contains a very potent narcotic, which is Oxycodone, therefore it can't be purchased over the counter. It requires a doctor's prescription. In addition, there is no set price. It is going to vary from pharmacy to pharmacy and depending on the amount of tablets required to fill the prescription. There is no generic, so it can be pretty expensive. Are there any other questions or comments? ...

The other Dr I had checked it every 3 mo...Thank You Linda ## My thyriod level has increased to 7.06 how should I control it? ## Linda, how often it's checked is really up to your doctor, some prefer to do it more frequently to get a better idea of where your levels are and more precisely adjust your medication, if needed. Nilima, what has your doctor advised? The usual medication used is a form of Levothyroxine, but it does require a doctor's prescription and regular monitoring of your thyroid hormone levels. ...

can i overdose on stool softeners
i want to just s*** everything out so i can start my starves again. i ate for 3 whole days and im starving again. if i take too many is it possible to OD? ## Hi Kaylee, Sorry to hear about your situation. It's definitely possible to OD on virtually any medication. But if you're concerned about taking too much of one thing, what I would suggest is actually trying a different approach altogether. There are several types of foods you can eat throughout the day to help regulate bowel movements, so you don't have to rely on just the one medication. A combination of soluble and insoluble fiber from fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grains, can also help soften bowel movements. How long would you say this has been a problem for? ...

cinchocaine and policresulen supp
Hi, Where I can find this suppository in US? ## From what I could gather, this combination of drugs (particularly Policresulen) does not appear to be available here in the US. I could be wrong, but I haven't found any supporting information regarding Policresulen's availability. Cinchocaine however, is sold in the US under the brand name "Nupercainal". And the manufacturer is said to be Novartis (a US-based company). If you do happen to come across a legitimate prescription-based source for Policresulen, I would suggest going to a compounding pharmacy who can then combine the two medications for ease of use. I hope this advice helps! Does anyone else have more information on Policresulen's availability? ...

Help in Hot Springs Ar
I have been on hydrocodone 10/325 for 4 years. My dr makes me come. In every month. I'm being treated for osteoarthritis in my back. I've waited 7 months on an mri. I need a dr that will still prescribe my medicine because they do help. I'm in Hot Springs ar. I just need more done that just getting my pain medication every month. Please help ## Hello, Mickey! How are you? Waiting months for an MRI isn't your doctor's fault, that would be the hospital or imaging center, where you have it done. Your doctor orders it, but is not in control of when it's actually done. You may even need to actually call the place and set up an appointment. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, d... ...

looking for pain doctor seattle area
New to the Seattle area and looking for a pain doctor or pain management clinic accepting new patients. any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks ## In regards to finding a local pain doctor, I have listed below a couple websites specific to locating pain management doctors in a given area. All you have to do is input your city or zip code for narrowed results: {link removed because site no longer exists} You can give this other page a try too if you come up with different results for some reason or another: Many of the results you find (in one or both of the links above) also list a phone number for that specific doctor; I'd consider calling up a number of them to see if they are accepting new patients; some aren't, but... ...
