round white pill with one line across one side and 027 ## The generic Xanax of that description should also have an R on the opposite side and the opposite side should have the 027 above the score, here's an image to show you what it looks like: Alprazolam Image Click Here That is the only one with an 027 on it, so if you pill does not match this one, then it is not Alprazolam. As a matter of fact, I check all of the various databases that I use and none of them list any prescription medication that just has a 027 on it with no other markings, so I am guessing this is an over the counter item or a foreign med. ...

White Barrell Shaped with 10 P

The pill is smaller white and barrell shaped. On one side it has 10 | P , that is a line separating the 10 and P and nothing on the other side. Any info would be appreciated. ## I found a pill with the same imprint of P over 10 with a line separating the two, but it is orange and round; identified as Propranolol hydrochloride 10 mg. I know it's not barrel shaped, but perhaps they could be a similar drug or even from the same manufacturer since they have a similar imprint... Manufacturer: Heritage Pharmaceuticals, Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 23155-0110 There's really no other information online (at least through the first few pages of google) showing any supporting evidence that a white pill like this even exists. So I'm led to believe that it's either foreign, fake, o... ...

Tracy, if there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what that tablet contains. This pill is a small white pill with west ward and the numbers 473 it is commonly referred to as methadone. This pill is methadone 10 mgs. ## Hi christopher, Based on my research, this pill is actually NOT methadone at all. A white round pill imprinted with "West-ward 473" on one side and a score line on the back, is identified as Prednisone (10mg).
