this is a very light blue pill found on ground with the letters PMS on one side of it and 411 on the other it is a quarter centimeter thick and about half centimeter in diameter it is round in shape what could this be ## Since this is a Canadian tablet, I can't be 100% certain, but from what I'm finding it has been identified as containing 8.6mgs of Sennosides, which is a laxative.
