That would be 60 mg MsCotin ( morphine sulfate extended release) made by activis pharmaceutical ## Thanks for the heads up on the pill identification. One thing I wanted to mention though is that Actavis doesn't actually refer to this as brand name "MsContin" on their product labeling, but instead simply list it as a generic form of Morphine sulfate extended release. The only reason I mention this is because some people have preferences on taking brands vs generics due to certain inactive ingredients or based on overall efficacy. And just to verify for other readers, this is a round, pink tablet that carries that National Drug Code of 0228-4311-11. I hope this helps!

So I just got switched from oxymorphone 30mg ER to the MS CONTIN 30 30MG AND 30 60MG ER'S a month. I tried to get my doc to just write me 40 100mg MS CONTIN but he did not do that. Everybody knows that different mg's act differently like when I took 56 of the 20mg oxymorphone era. They sucked so bad not even 3 20's equaled one 30mg oxymorphone. So knowing from past experience I tried the 100mg MS CONTIN about 5yrs ago from a friend and they worked GREAT exactly the perfect mg I needed but knew I would never be able to get my doc to write that high of a mg. And I was right 5yrs later I still can't get it. I tried explaining it to him but he wasn't having it. So my question is what manufacturer is the best for the 60's and 30's? N yes I know EVERYONE is differe...

I'm looking to stop using Methadone. I currently use 60mg methadone and was wondering how many mg of MSIR i would need to take a day so that I do not get uncomfortable. I need to stay on the MSIR for 12 days before I can start Ibogaine therapy. how many mg of MSIR is Equal to 60mg of Methadone..does anyone know the facts? ## Not being a patient I can't pretend that I know all the facts, but to be honest it sounds like you should probably consult with your doctor first about achieving proper conversion rates between methadone and MSIR (morphine) before attempting to take an "equal" dose based on these comments alone. However, I did want to share a PDF page I came across that discusses conversion rates in more specific detail. Apparently when you go from methadone to morph...
