I found 2 pills in my cousins room they are brown with red speckles, they are round and have a B on them. What are they? ## This imprint is kind of vague, so I believe we can rule it out as being a prescription medication. However, looking at over the counter medications, we can't be 100% certain, but it might be a Sennoside based laxative, I have seen several that meet this description. They are small round yellow tablets with two diamond shapes and the letters S W printed inside these diamond shapes. From what I've found, these are 200mg Benzonatate gels, it is distantly related to local anesthetics and is used as a cough suppressant. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and dysphagia. Peach colored Round pill with V on one side an 3563 on the other side ## Hi Ron, Based on the description provided I haven't come across any specific matches to those numbers. However, I can determine from the "V" imprint that this pill was either manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals or Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. These are the two manufacturers who have a "V" logo accompanied by a set of four digits on the other side.
