I am trying to identify a medication and need help. It is a heart shaped pill with one side that is white and reads US. Onthe other side the pill is yellow and reads 04 20 with a score between the 04 and 20. ## I need help identifying a yellow and white heart shaped pill. Oxycodone hcl 5mg 1-2 daily for breakthrough with use of opana 5mg daily

Recently put on opany5mg with oxycodonehcll 5mg for breakthhrough pain 1 -2daily. I took the 2 this am but still feel the discomfort backwithin6hrs. Feel I need 1-2tabs of the oxycodone twice daily. Any feedback appreciated. Tkanks Barb ## Both Oxycodone and Opana are very powerful narcotic pain medications, that carry a risk of serious side effects, addiction and overdose. Can you take Tylenol with Diclofenac sod 100mg to relieve lower back pain? ## From what I could gather, there are no drug interactions or contraindications listed between Tylenol and Diclofenac. So based on that information, you should be fine taking the two together without experiencing any such complications. The main concern with Tylenol (acetaminophen) in my honest opinion, is just staying within safe dosing limits, due to it's notorious reputation for causing liver damage at higher doses and/or when taken for a prolonged period of time.
