I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, and given Abilify A few weeks ago I became depressed and the doctors want to add Lexapro. I was given the generic. Will these two medications interact with each other. So far I have not started the Lexapro 5mg and I only take 7mg of Abilify per day. I have a family history of diabetes. I am not a diabetic, but my father has diabetes. I read Lexapro can cause diabetes in some patients. I stopped taking cymgen 60, as I was picking up too much weight and felt tired/lazy during the day,I was extremely forgetful and my concentration was bad most of the time, it made me feel more depressed.
