Could someone help me identify a pill I have that Ive taken out of the bottle and put into a pill case and now cant remember what it is? The pill is white, round and scored on one size (a larger round size) it has the numbers 42 inside a square and thats it. I cant tell exactly what it says, itx warn off a little. one side is blank and on the top of the other side it may b: THR or TMR tjen a . (the 3 leyters go w the curve of the pill then at the bottom goinb w the curve of the pill is mostly gone but may b: f6b or f68. ## I'm sorry, I tried doing some searching, but I can't find any listings that match this and it really doesn't ring a bell for anything I'm familiar with. I have been given flagyl and vagaisil...but i started taking them this will be my 3rd day but i am getting abdominal pain and cramps really bad. its white maybe a hint of yellow its tablet form can be cut in half and has a V or check mark on one sign almost like square root sign but nothing on the other....I was told it was 1mg xanax or alprazolam...anyone know? ## If there are no additional numbers to the imprint, then no, it is not a prescription medication of any type. The ones with just the V logo and nothing else are actually over the counter products. It is nearly impossible to identify any medication if there is no imprint. In fact, All U.S. prescription medications are required to have one. It sounds like you may have a vitamin, OTC medication, or possibly something from a foreign source. Where did you find the capsule? That may help to narrow down it's identity. If you have more of the capsules and are unable to have them analyzed, I suggest that you safely dispose of them.

As of yet, the closest matches I'm seeing are by a drug company called "Medicis Pharmaceuticals" (also known as Valeant Pharmaceuticals) who produces a couple different white oblong tablets with "DYN" embedded on one side along with a set of numbers on either half (they are divided by a short score line). It's not a 100% identical to your description, but given these similar details it may just be a good idea to contact the manufacturer directly in order to find out if they make or used to make something that fits your description more closely. Yes, I take Methylphenidate 10mg, but the pharmacy gave me a generic for it and this is the first time I have used this one. The pill is light blue almost white in color, scored and has a "K" on top and a # "101" on the bottom. I can't seem to find any info on this pill. I am trying to figure out what diet pill I was prescribed in TJ, Mexico.
