I am trying to find the name of it with only having looked at it... ## Watson Pharmaceuticals lists this as being a Cal-Gest tablet, which contains 500mgs of Calcium Carbonate, it is most commonly used to treat GERD, heart burn, ulcers, and gastritis. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dry mouth, flatulence, and funny taste in mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

Under duress (syringes n threats of guns) I took at least 4 but more likely to be 10 pills. The guy reluctantly said they was called dihydrochloride. They were small white tablets with dh 30 on them. My memory is blurry n there r huge gaps were I dont no wot happened. My heart was goin fluttery speech slurred n I cudnt eat or sleep. Efects at first seemed similar to amphetamines. When I opened the pill bottle it had a funny smell to it. Any idea as to what this is. I went to CVS got mine filled on Feb 18 2014 it was also the Actavis brand Oxycodone and I have taking different brands before and never had this feeling. I am having really high blood pressure, chest pain, my left arms feels asleep, my left leg as well,plus I get this pain down my left leg. I get them filled on the 18th and only takin 11 of them, even though they are prescribed 4 x day. I took 1 Tues morning at 11 am and by 3pm all them signs above came on, it lasted till wed about 6 to 7 pm. everything went back to normal. My blood pressure was fine, and non of the signs about. The only other thing I took was my blood pressure pills. Light Blue pill oblong , only number" 131" on pill ## Hi Pattay, There don't appear any photographs on the internet that depict what shade of blue it is or the placement of the imprint, but the closest description I'm seeing to yours is a blue capsule-shaped pill with a marking of 131, that reportedly contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen + 25mgs of Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Also known as Tylenol PM); which is used for the temporary relief of headaches, minor pain, & sleeplessness. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Velocity Pharma and carries a National Drug Code of 76168-011. Furthermore, the size of the pill is posted at 18mm. The company symbol is w for wyeth. ## There are several companies, actually, that use a W logo, including Watson Pharmaceuticals. Are there any additional markings on the pill, along with the W? oval white pill with black letters PAR 467 ## The closest match I could locate to Par 467 is Par 867. This is an oval white pill with black letters as well, and otherwise fits your description. I located the pill marked Par 867 to be Dronabinol (2.5 mg), which is used to treat anorexia, nausea and vomiting. Unfortunately I was unable to retrieve a good amount of information about this pill, but my sources tell me it contains 2.5 mg of Synthesized THC. If anyone else has information to add please do so... I hope this helps!
