I take methadone 10 mg 54/142 but the pharmacy gave me a different kind that has U42 on it. Plz help what is this??? ## Hi Rae, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a round white pill marked with "G" over "421" on one side, and blank on the other. There is also a horizontal score line on the side with the markings. This particular pill is identified as a 2.5mg Midodrine HCl tablet; which is used to treat hypotension. If there is in fact a "C" on your pill as well, then I'm not sure what it might be... but if you could please double check the imprint that would be great. This pill is not ibuprophen 200mg. I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it.
