This pill is round and peach colored, with the number 229 on one side and an imprint on the side not, a C, M, G, difficult to discribe in words. Your help would be greatly appreciated. ## Hello, Abby! How are you? I know exactly the logo you're talking about. All the meds I've gotten in the past...7.5/325 always meant 7.5 oxycodne (h) and the 3.25 meant the acetamenophen..why is it, that this paticular medicine or company explains it opposite...at first glance my thoughts wre 3.25 of oxycone (h) and 7.5 acetamenophen.... which is very confusing. Without research from this site I would of thought, I was taking the wrong medicine ..my question is: Why is it explained this way? Thank you in advance ## Hello, Confused! How are you? I'm sorry that this confused you. But, there is no one particular way that it has to be printed, your pharmacy just switched it around this time. The label and paperwork your pharmacy gives you is what they print for you, that's not actually provided by the manufacturer. Under FDA law, they just have to li...

The white oval pain pill with A332 worked for my severe pain and I had never increased the dose. The last refill I received a pink round pill with 229 and a G on the front and it doesn't help me. Why? ## As permitted by the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, generics are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% of the active ingredient. However, they do not have to measure against each other, just the name brand, so the prior one you were taking may have been slightly higher, so this one may be lower and not as effective for you. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Since the differences are slight, many people adjust in about a week...
