I'm sorry, but the lot number is of significance only to the manufacturer for knowing the production run, it does not help identify something. That said, without markings, that means this is most likely an over the counter product, which may make it difficult to identify. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. big V with a small P on front with the numbers 121 on the back and they are smaller round and yellow ## NOPE! THIS IS NOT VALIUM! Not a prescription drug at all actually, this is actually just Aspirin 81mgs an over the counter item. The markings on a pill do not usually stand for what the pill is, they are actually company logos and numbers to enable identification.

round yellow tablet V on one side ## i have found a yellow pill with a large V and a small d inside of the v on one side and the number 121 on the other. ## This is a fairly confusing pill indeed. The imprint is actually AP 121 (appears as a lowercase P inside the upside down V, or a V with a small D in it). The AP stands for Advance Pharmaceutical. Is this the generic name for Valium? Bencoprim (Ciclobenzaprina) ## small yellow pill with 121 or maybe a line, a 2, and then another line, and on the other side of the pill is an up arrow symbol(a two sided triangle with no bottom ## To the original poster, the US equivelent is Cyclobenzaprine and no, it is not a generic for Valium, this is a muscle relaxant. ## Valium is an anti anxiety / tranquilizer. It is the same as xanax and atavan. Cyclobenzeprine/flexiril is a mild muscle relaxer that is usually administered for long term relief. ## Absolutely not. Not even close. At all. And why are you asking the internet where very few people are honest and true? Advice from randos online is probably less accurate than tossing a coin into the air and calling heads or tails.
