Not sure if I'm reading the numbers stamped on the pill correctly but I've tried every other number search to no avail. ## I think the marking you are looking at may actually be BI BI 84 84, it is manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a .025 Mirapex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Pramipexole, which is most commonly used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, trouble sleeping, anxiety, and loss of bladder control. What exactly is the harm or danger if I were to reduce my daily Simvastatin dosage from 10 to 5 mg? I have been taking it for several years. I am 80. My total cholesterol is 156; LDL 64 and HDL 39 at last reading a year ago. I have recently lost 17 pounds -184 to 167- through eating less and healthily, and daily exercise. I feel fine. ## Hello, Billy! How are you? Way to go on taking care of your health!!! You should double check with your doctor, before reducing the dosage, but there shouldn't really be any harm in it. The problem usually arises if someone just stops taking it abruptly, because that can cause a rebound effect that may elevate their cholesterol levels too much. Learn more Simvastatin details here. Do you see your doctor regularly?

My ECG and bloods were normal but my BP was 184/111 it took hours before it went down. The pill is larger than an asprin and has 44 with 183 underneath on one side and nothing on the other side. What is this pill? My husband takes asprin at night and noticed the difference by the feel of the pll, he is diabetic. I am not sure if he would have had a reaction if he accidently took this pill. thank you, Lucy ## Well all pills marked with a 44, followed by additional numbers are manufactured by LNK International, they only make over the counter products that are sold by various stores as their store brand or generics. They do not make any prescription items. Now, I am not sure which it is, since you posted 2 different numbers, in y...
