my doctor said to reduce the amount of Triamterene that I am taking, because it is effecting my kidneys I am taking it for my high blood pressure among other pills too. He want's me to take the Triamterene just every other day, but what if I stop all together, cause I don't want to damage my kidneys. Please advice me. ## Hello, Elquapo! How are you? What else are you taking? What type of kidney issue has shown up? If this is the only medication you're on for your blood pressure, then it wouldn't be advisable to completely stop it.

I was on bisoprolol + hydrochlorothiazide and my dr just switched me to lisinopril + hydrochlorothiazide. Do I have to be weaned off of the first blood pressure pill or can I start taking the new ones tomorrow? ## You should be able to make a smooth transition from one to the other, unless you've been instructed otherwise. I have been taking coverall 2mg for about 1 year now. I have blurred vision, awful leg pain, and have developed a cough with mucus running down the back of my throat. I got a new blood pressure medication today. The pharmacy did not put child proof caps on my medicine like I have requested the last 6 years. Well, half of my Labetalol 100 mg spilled on the floor.
