i found a tiny, round greenish yellow pill with a capital letter P on it. please help me identify what is is as soon as possible! thanks ## I was not able to locate an exact match based on your description, but I did come pretty close. Is there any way that the word WATSON appears on the other side of the pill? From the sounds of it, it may very well be the placebo dosage of birth control pills containing Ethinyl Estradiol + Norethindrone. If you could have a look at the manufactuer's web site at this page: Scroll down to the second drug in the list called Necon and you can view an image as well as some additional details. If this does not seem to be what you have, can you please post back with more details? Such as which country, web site, or store it was obtained from? I hope this... ...

I started Lo Loestrin FE for heavy bleeding. I'm on third month but I messed up and was trying not to get a period at all so I was only taking the green pills, none of the white or brown. Into the second week of pack 3 my breasts started getting really sore and now I started bleeding and have been bleeding for 6 days. Dr. says continue on pack 3 and take ALL pills and then start pack 4 and hopefully that will correct itself. Does anyone know how long the bleeding will go on? Its not break through bleeding, it is a period flow. ## It's still considered break through bleeding, it all is, when you take hormonal contraceptives, you don't get a regular/real cycle at all. what is the best way to take adderal for the concentration and enegry but without being up all night chew? Swallow? other....advise please thanks. ## Chewing versus swallowing the pill shouldn't have an impact of how it's chemicals effect you. At least to my understanding it does not change the chemical structure of the ingredients and how your body uses them. Some people do agree that chewing a pill vs swallowing one could help it absorb quicker through your saliva. In your case however, I think if you don't want it to effect you as much, then you should simply take less of it. Maybe half a pill? Medications can affect everyone differently; some people get great results from taking it, but there are others that it doesn't work for; the only way to find out is to actuall... ...

Just trying to figure out what they are..... ## The closest match I could locate contains the marking "WE 32" as opposed to "WE 35". Could you have possibly misread the marking? Identify round purple pill for the 1960's
2 Replies RSS
All through the 1960's my mother used to take a small round purple pill for her nerves. Any idea if it was an antidepressant, sedative or tranquilizer? ## Hi cb, Unfortunately without knowing what the actual imprint is, it would be extremely difficult to try and determine what exactly it might be. Both, manufacturers, as well as the pills they make, have undergone so many changes since the 60's (let alone in the past 5 years), that they probably don't even exist anymore. It's also plausible that it could be an OTC drug or dietary supplement of some sort. Would your mother happen to have an idea of what types of medications she took (through previous medical records)? ## Thank you for your reply. The small round purple pills were an Rx and I know she took one per day. I d... ...

With no marking, it may be difficult to narrow down what it contains, however, we can rule it out as being a manufactured prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. My 73 yr old husband was just put on Lisinopril 5 mg daily in addition to the half-tablet of 25 mg HCTZ he's been taking. The pharmacy gave him 10 mg Lisinopril which he is to cut in half but it is not designed to cut. When I try to cut it with the best pill cutter I could find, many of them us crush or cut unevenly. What can I do? I end up with a handful of crumbs that are not usable. ## Your best bet in this case, would be to crush the tablets, divide the crushed powder in half as nearly as you can and then just mix it in something such as juice or pudding. It is well known that when breaking or cutting a tablet you may not always get the full half a dose that you are supposed to, being a little off is not going to affect anything. ## I had the same issue.
