The tab number is m357 ## I was just prescribed this drug yesterday....it has the same # on it - M357, if that means anything. ## As to the markings on them, that can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, and according to dosage. The tablets listed with the M 357 marking contained 5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but this dosage is no longer available, the FDA now allows no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose in combination prescription medications. as a side effect does this medication cause a diminished or loss in vision ## Based on information I've gathered I haven't found anything regarding vision impairment; just a number of other potential side effects that may or may not have some indirect effect to vision. Common side effects may include dry mouth, itching, pinpoint pupils, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation, confusion, gas / heartburn, or flushed skin. If you experience irregular heartbeat or chest pain, difficulty breathing, wheezing, unusual weakness, cold / clammy skin, severe rash, fever, chills, or muscle aches and pains then notify your physician or prescriber ASAP! I have a white oval pill that says M 582 on one side and is blank on the other side. Could this pill be Percocet? ## I have never seen one like that before, nor heard of it ever being oval. Oxycodone is white, round and either says 512 or endo (depending on the maker). There is aso Roxixet, but I can't remember what it says on it...Hope this helps. Also, it depends on the strength. The ones I have described are 5/325 strength, but the 10 milligram tabs sometimes are oval. Call your pharmacy. Or even call a different pharmacy to compare what they have ## I think it is. Received the generic form of this drug ( Hydrocodone APAP 5/500 )But there was pills in the same bottle that have the number M357 and the other looks like it has a V on one side..then the other side of that pill has the number 3592.Now both of this pills are white, oblong, and can be scored in the middle. There are many pills with a 357 on them and it could be any of them! ## Since this site does not have enough information to provide an accurate answer, I have removed the other replies which could be incorrect or misleading. ip ## Can you please post back with some more specific imprints? Are there any other numbers in addition to the IP? Norco 5-325 contains Hydrocodone 5 mg and Acetaminophen 325 mg. imprint M360 and M357 ## M360 is a 750mg dosage of vicodin and M357 is a 500mg dosage of vicodin. lortab will be labeled watson and look similiar to a vicodin. it is supposed to be generic vicodin but works better than vicodin. same family though but helps with pain and mellows you out more than vicodin. everybody i know including me with rods and cages in my spine prefers the lortab. ## To be exact, the dosages that Party has posted above, are only for the Acetaminophen in these medications.
