Amlodipine besylate 10 mg for high blood pressure

I am using amlodipine besylate 10 mg once a day for high blood pressure a white pill with the numbers of 93 on one side and the numbers of 7168 on the other side. Could this medication be for treatment of only high blood pressure? With the above medication i am also being giving irbesartan 300 mg.
