I have a red pill with 5112 on top of a V, what is it? ## IS DARVACET OF THE MARKET?? ## To update this - Yes, Darvocet has been removed from the market in the U.S. and most other countries, the withdrawal includes all medications that contained Propoxyphene or it's relatives. The reason it was removed is because it was found to cause severe cardiac dangers and there were an inordinate number of overdose deaths associated with these medications. Regular pill shaped (similar to a thickened oval). Has defined cuts on the sides, it is NOT fully rounded. The bottom half is all white. The top half is light yellow and has 511 printed into it. If anyone could tell me what pill they think this is, or what that 511 means it would be a huge help. What else is in this Acetaminophen 500mg long skinny pill with the number 707 on it? It carries a National Drug Code of 5111148978. ## Hello, TGee! How are you? If it doesn't list anything else and only says Acetaminophen 500mgs, then that is most likely all that it contains. However, I'm not finding anything listed under this imprint, or this NDC code. Can you please double check them and post back? The FDA classifies Acetaminophen as an analgesic and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness and headache.
