Pill Marking 200 On One Side Its Yellow

I have a yellow pill it's oblong and marked with AAA1136. I cannot find it on any website. It might be 50mg Tramadol. Mine have no matkings at all. Tramadol is an opiate, stronger than Codeine, but weaker than Morphine. I take 8 capsules a day, 2 every six hours for a trapped nerve in my hand. I found a yellow or peach colored oval pill marked 44 372 ## Is the marking possibly 44 342? Found a Orange Round Pill Only a V on one side, no numbers or letters on the other side. It is very thick. Do u k now what it possibly may be? ## I can't find any prescription medications that just have a V marking on them, but there is an over the counter product available that meets this description.
