I need to find out if pharmacy gave me correct strength 300 mg of Ibertasan, pill only marked Teva. Half the weight of original pill of Avapro. ## Hi Helga, Have you already tried calling the pharmacy that filled your prescription? That is probably the quickest way to determine if they messed up on your script. Since the only imprint is "Teva", I can't narrow down my search on this specific pill; being that there are multiple pills that have a Teva marking. I would however suggest contacting the manufacturer directly (via the link below), if you are unable to get a-hold of the pharmacy that filled your prescription: tevausa.com/default.aspx?pageid=3469 I hope this advice helps!

Is it like vicodin or what could it be compared to? I was told it was a muscle relaxer. ## Hello, Cutie! How are you? TV is a manufacturers logo that is used on several prescription tablets, so can you please post back with the full marking? Is it TV 4096? If so, Teva Pharmaceuticals lists it as containing 10mgs of Baclofen and yes, it is a muscle relaxant, but no, you cannot compare it to a narcotic, because it is not an actual analgesic, it will only help with muscle spasms and pain. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

have a white round tab 2mg clonazepam has a c over 2 on one side and has nothing on other side is supposedly made by teva usa not scored at all. can anyone help!!!! ## It is generic Klonopin (cloazepam) made by Accord Inc. (ACCO) Since it is white, it is 2mg dosage. It is not a very much used brand (and strangely it is not scored to make it easier to break into half doses - but it is softer than most bands), but I currently am taking it now for the first time. Seems to work ok - maybe not as good as TEVA. I usually get TEVA brand as the generic from the pharmacy - but I guess you take what you can get. ## Yes, the tablet marked with the C 2 is not made by Teva, their logos use the number 93, followed by 3 additional numbers and some have been converted to actually say TEVA, dropping the...

Found on carpet in my husbands an my bedroom color is a cobolt blue and the look and texture looks like it could almost be a piece of painted brick it looks like it could of had the letters TAVA ## Hi Kris, What shape was the pill that you found? I located several blue pills that are marked with "TEVA" on one side and a three or four digit number on the back. Some are round and others are oblong or capsule shaped, so if you happen to post back with any additional details on how it looks, that would be very helpful. None the less, I get the sense that this pill is more than likely manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, judging from the description. I hope this helps!

I found a little orange or peachy coloured pill in my kids room. I has either an N or a Z on one side and 25 on the other. Also found another one that is darker in colour with QT on one side and a symbol like the end of an arrow on the other side ## These are both seraquel (quetiapine), an antipsychotic commonly (but very unnecessarily) prescribed for sleep. (Akin to prescribing dilaudid for a paper cut). The orange one 25mg, I'm not 100% sure the dosage of the QT stamped one, but I was on 100mg quetiapine that was yellow, with QT 100 and an arrow, just as you describe, and currently take the orange ones nightly. ## @Weeza, Based on my research, post #1 is right about these being Quetiapine. I can also verify that the orange one marked with N 25 is manufactured by Teva-Canada (carry...

peach .oval with a33 over a28 ## Hi Kim, Based on the description provided, the closest match I could find is a pink oval-shaped pill (approx 10.00mm in diameter), marked with 93 over 28 on one side and blank on the other. This particular pill is identified as Enalapril maleate 10 mg; which is used to treat hypertension as well as a number of other heart conditions. It is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals USA and has a National Drug Code of 00093-0028. Would you also be so kind as to verify the imprint on your pill? In your title you mentioned "g 33 28", but in your description you changed it to "a33 over a28"; which made it a little confusing. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Enalapril Details I hope this helps!

plain pill N on one side 20 other small almost rectangular ## I haven't located an exact match to this pill, but I do have a hunch that the manufacturer may be Novopharm; now known as Teva-Canada. They have a number of pills marked with "N" on one side and two digits on the other side. For this reason it may be a good idea to try contacting them directly to see if this is one of their own. I went ahead and posted their contact page below: tevacanada.com/contact-us.aspx I hope this helps!
