Found a dozen round orange pills marked AN 412 in my 15 year olds desk. What are they ? ## Hello, David! How are you? Is the marking possibly AN 415? Can you please double check? If so, this tablet is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list as being an 8/2mg Suboxone tablet. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

So this pill L441 is not Xanax? Nor a generic form of Xanax? Just makes someone sleep? ## Hi Kris, Just to confirm, a light blue oval-shaped pill marked with "L441", is identified as a 25mg Doxylamine succinate tablet; which is most commonly used as a sleeping aid for insomnia. I found a pill in my sisters room that has PH 041 on it I have looked it up & cannot find anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. ## Hi Rj, Is there any chance that the pill says PH 043 as opposed to PH 041? An oblong white pill marked with PH 043 (and scored down the center) reportedly contains 400mgs of Mucaphed guaifenesin + 10mgs of phenylephrine HCL. This medication is used for treating sinus / nasal congestion as well as coughs. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Edwards Pharmaceuticals. I hope this helps! ## No worries. It is a generic brand (Leader) 325 mg Aspirin (NSAID). ## So a round white pill with 041 on one side only is aspirin? ## The ("Leader" brand) Aspirin I have is white, round, blank on one side, and the other side has "PH" a...

Supposed to be a Lortab, scored with IP 414. Please ID ## Can I ask the color and shape of the tablet? I'm not finding a marking for IP414 in any of the databases. I have, however, found one marked IP 144, a brown, caplet, that contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, a generic or store brand for Advil or Motrin. Please post back and let me know if this matches the tablet in question, or provide whatever additional information you can. In the meantime, I'll keep looking.

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is ...

is it the same med's as my old one that saids( an 415) ## Hello, Tom! How are you? Yes, these are both 8/2mg Suboxone generics. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. They are just manufactured by different companies. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi Tom, Based on my research, both pills you described are generic Suboxone, containing 8mgs of Buprenorphine HCL + 2mgs of Naloxone HCL. The one marked 54 375 is manufactured by Roxane Labs and the one marked AN 415 is a product of Amneal Pharma. That said, the only differences that might be found are probably within the list of "inactive" ingredients; since this usually varies for each man...

white round tablet. one side is marked w/ PH 041. Other side is smooth, unmarked. IT was in a bottle of morphine tablets 30 mg. Instant release. white tablet one side saysL413 nothing on opposite looks like a lortab maybe ## I am sorry, I cannot find a listing for this in any of our resources. What I can tell you, however, is that pills marked with an L followed by three additional numbers are over the counter products. This company makes many store brands and generics of common items such as Tylenol, Aleve and Advil. There is just no comprehensive database of OTC items and their markings. Does anyone else recognize this? ## I am pretty sure that Leiner Health Products in the manufacturer. I just sent them an email to see if they can confirm that this is one of their products. I am trying to find out if this pill is even a pain pill. Oxycodone or hydrocodone ## Just google it. Simple, I just did it for you. That sounds like an anti depressant used for smoking cessation, Bupropion 150 mg. No pain pill. ## 150 mg Bupropion hydrochloride extended release tablets (made by Sandoz) don't actually fit the full description that was provided. These particular Bupropion pills are purple, but they're also round - NOT oval - And are marked with "E 415" as opposed to just "E" by itself. Having said that, there don't appear to be any other close matches on google (at least within my search). So it seems to me that a lab analysis or drug panel kit would probably be the next best way to determine if it at least contains any opiates. Does anyone el...
