i found a pill in my sons room, it is round and pink, and has an M over the number 32 on one side, and the other side is scored. any help would be appreciated. thanx : ) ## need to know what it is. ## This is Metropolol 50mgs, a generic for Lopressor, used to help lower blood pressure. ## so what is it used for???? ## This pill could also be Lorezapam.

If so, the tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin. Would 3 tablets of m325 be the same as taking one and a half Vicodin 10? ## Hello, Kyle! How are you? Do you mean the white tablet with the marking M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other? If so, it is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. In this case, you have the conversion backwards, because Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone. Taking 30mgs of it would be equal to taking 45mgs of Hydrocodone. Thus, it just takes one of these tablets to equal one a half Vicodin 10/325. Under current U.S. prescription drug laws, all manufactured tablets and capsules must have markings on them that enable them to be identified in case of emergency. For example, say someone is found unconscious with pills strewn around them, the paramedics would need to know what they had taken in order to provide proper treatment and they can find out, by looking at the markings on the pills and checking in the databases to see what they contained. whiite oval with M3266 ## There are no pills with this marking listed in the US prescription drug databases, so I cannot confirm this identity. ## You could have mixed up the last 2 numbers. If the marking is M362 Then it is 10mg Hydrocodone and 660mg Acetaminophen.
