Same ## I located a match to a round, white pill with R 214 on it, it's Acetaminophen 300 mg and Codeine phosphate 60 mg, which is used for the relief of mild/moderate (or in the case of 30/500mg - severe) pain. I believe this is one of the strongest roxicodne available. The next are the r215's. This is from someone who has been on them for 12 years. We (in Al)are not having the trouble that Fl or Ky is experiencing, knock on wood. Good luck to all y'all ## It depends on the precise marking. There is a light blue with an M in a box on one side and a 30 over the score line on the other that contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone. And there is no Oxycodone with R 215, the marking on that one would be A 215 and is also contains 30mgs, so it is identical, not stronger. Are there any comments or questions?

blue pill ## 15 mg. roxicotin?? green or blue?? found in sons room!! ## I am a fully recovered addict using oxycotin and other pain medication. The green is usually a roxicotin 15 and the blue one commonly refered as blues are 30 mg's. Most 30's also have a imprint of r215 on one side. ## The colors actually don't mean anything, since these tablets are now available for generic manufacture, the only way to tell what it in them and what the dosage is would be from the imprint on the tablet.
