This is manufactured by Heritage Pharmaceuticals and they actually list it as containing 500mgs of Metronidazole, which is an antibiotic. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

i found a bunch of little green pills in my sons room. one side has E 653 on it. the other side has 30 on it. Any ideas? Consult your doctor before just taking them you could cause him to suffer extreme withdrawal symptoms. Is quite small (less than .25 inch in diameter). The texture is quite grainy making the numbers hard to read. It is Meloxicam 7.5.

Reason I'm asking is that I located a match to a very similar white round pill imprinted with "B 656"; which has been identified as Hyoscyamine sulfate (sublingual) 0.125 mg. This medication is primarily used in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Does this sound like it may be a match, considering what you may have previously used it for?
