I may be stretching it here, but I almost think that most medications that are over the counter with L as the starting letter is typically a generic tylenol or acetaminophen. ## The tablet with the L 631 marking is listed as having contained 500mgs of Naproxen Sodium, a generic or store brand of Aleve, it is available both over the counter, and by prescription.
