The only thing I could find that is a relatively close match has the imprint JSP over a score line over 544. Here is an image: Is this what you have? The pill is yellow one side has the letters JSP the other side is scored with the numbers 5 and 6. They were sent to me by mail order and are supposed to be levothyroxine, but I am doubtful ## Based on your description I have not found an exact match. I have, however seen something extremely similar to what you're describing. It is a round yellow pill with JSP on one side and 516 on the other side. This just happens to be Levothyroxine 0.1 mg. Do you think it is possible that the score mark which you reported is actually supposed to be the number 1 ? Please let me know if you have any other details...
