This pill is oval and only has a 51 imprint on it. It is white in the inside and has no other numbers but 51 no other imprint or anything. ## This may be a long shot, but there's a 200mg Ibuprofen tablet that's brownish-red and oblong with l2 on one side and blank on the other. If you hold it upside down it could appear similar to 5l, depending on the condition of the tablet? For verification, the National Drug Code is 49035-517 and it appears to be a product of Walmart. Perhaps you can contact your local pharmacy and/or poison control to see if this sounds like a possible match. Whereabouts did you get it from? ## How would a 5 look like a 2, even upside down? Seriously.... Type a "2", then turn your phone upside down and look at it. Does it look like a 5? ## David is c...

Is there any chance that you accidentally misinterpreted the marking? ## I found white pills imprinted with "rf21" at the clinic and I'd like to know if maybe arv's have changed? My viral count is undetectable according to the clinic and they told me that there will be a package that I will receive from the government. If so,...

I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Thank you in advance for any help identifying it. ## I think that the imprint being reported is actually L484 instead of L404. Is it possible that the '8' is just worn down? Trying to identify a large round white pill that says TCL 415 in a circular fashion around the whole pill. The back is smooth with no scoring. ## It appears that Lou is correct. Pill imprint H 49 has been identified as Sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim 800 mg / 160 mg, is this the same as the pill IP 272? I ask because I have been using the IP 272 pill for 7 years, and my pharmacy just filled it with the H 49 version. Same strength? same drug? Please advise ## Yes, they both contain the same medications in the same dosages. It is completely normal for your pharmacy to switch which manufacturers product they have on hand, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. Are there any other questions or comments?

What is this? Please help found it and can't figure out what it is at all! ## Hello, Joe! How are you? What shape and color is the pill? I know there is one that is round and dark brown with black writing, so it's very hard to read. It has the imprint 4903 RUGBY and they list it as containing 10mgs of Chlorpromazine. The FDA lists this medication as being used to treat severe behavior disorders, such as schizophrenia, psychosis and anxiety. Its typical side effects may possibly include dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and somnolence.

I looked at the pill upside down also and am not certain if this is a Tylenol or something else? Any ideas? ## @Jack, You had mentioned looking at the pill upside down also... Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? I'm only curious because there's a white oblong pill imprinted with "L484" that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) and it's pretty much the exact opposite of your depiction when held right-side-up. NDC: 30142-0484 / 56062-484 / 49348-042 Inactive Ingredients: - Carnauba Wax - Starch, Corn - Hypromelloses - Polyethylene Glycols - Povidones - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed I hope this info helps!

found a small white round pill. It has a square root symbol on one side. On the other side, it has a line that divides the pill in half--and 49 is on one side of the divider and 10 is on the other. LITTLE WHITE ROUND PILL V ON ONE SIDE 40 SCORE 10 ON THE OTHER SIDE ## Hi heidi, The closest match I could find to your pill has the imprint "V 48 | 10". I'm thinking this may be a match because the "8" can look like a "0" if the marking isn't clear. A white round pill marked "48 10 V" is identified as Oxycodone hydrochloride (5 mg). For your own verification, the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 00603-4990 I hope this helps!
