This pill is oval and only has a 51 imprint on it. It is white in the inside and has no other numbers but 51 no other imprint or anything. ## This may be a long shot, but there's a 200mg Ibuprofen tablet that's brownish-red and oblong with l2 on one side and blank on the other. If you hold it upside down it could appear similar to 5l, depending on the condition of the tablet? For verification, the National Drug Code is 49035-517 and it appears to be a product of Walmart. I ask because I have been using the IP 272 pill for 7 years, and my pharmacy just filled it with the H 49 version. Same strength? same drug? I know there is one that is round and dark brown with black writing, so it's very hard to read. It has the imprint 4903 RUGBY and they list it as containing 10mgs of Chlorpromazine. The FDA lists this medication as being used to treat severe behavior disorders, such as schizophrenia, psychosis and anxiety. Its typical side effects may possibly include dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and somnolence.
