I have a white oval shaped pill about 11/16" long and has L484 on one side. Is this a vicodin? ## This is not Vicodin. The white oval pill marked L484 is actually Acetaminophen (500 mg). I found a pill in my daughters room. Can sombody please tell me what it is? It's red on one side and yellow on the other and it says BP500? ## Hi there... Found a Rx bottle under my sink. oval/elliptical light beige pill with imprint of a squiggly upside sown half moon and th number 40 ## its a oval pill with half a moon on it and the number 40 right next to it ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related possibilities on google. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases.
