I found a pill in my daughters dresser drawer. Can you tell me what it is? It has the numbers P 243 long white pill. ## This is a store brand tablet to treat PMS, similar to Midol. ## I found the same pill in my daughter's room after a school friend had visited. I was relieved to read it was for PMS and not some kind of pill bought on the street for the kids to abuse. I have since verified the the pill P243, is definitely for a female's menstrual discomfort.

I found a few round white pills. One side is totally blank and the other side has GG over 66 with a line in the middle, but only half on the side of the letters, not all the way across. Small peach/pink round pill with no marking scored on one side? ## Hi Denise, There's actually three different pills I found that fit this same description. The first is a 4gram oral raspberry chewable glucose tablet. The second is a 1000mcg Vitamin B12 tablet. And the third is a 10mg Diazepam tablet, made by "Investigación Farmacéutica" in Mexico. Since there doesn't appear to be a way to differentiate between these three options, I think your best bet would probably be to have the pill analyzed by a lab. This type of service can be a little costly, but I think the assurance of knowing what you have may be worth it, especially if you have kids/teens/pets around. I hope this helps!
