Is anyone paying out of pocket for Ampyra? The monthly retail cost is prohibitive. If you don't qualify for financial assistance, it is next to impossible to take this drug without going bankrupt. All this for a drug with a very unimpressive track record. I'm having difficulty justifying this experimental journey unless the drug company supplies the meds at no cost.
