Just had my prescription filled and the btl. say Hydroxyz Pam. They are a pink/yellow cap. & manu. by Barr. Are these the same as hydroxyzine? I'm confused. Thanks for any help, Janet ## In case anyone else is looking for this information, though I regret not seeing this sooner to help the original poster… But yes, they are the same medication. They just abbreviated it on the prescription bottle, that stands for Hydroxyzine Pamoate, the Pamoate just designates the specific chemical salt that the medication is derived from. You can learn more Hydroxyzine details here. This medication is often used for its calming and sedative like effects, so please don't drive or operate heavy machinery after taking it, until you know how it affects you. Are there any quest...

Hello, I had surgery to get a tumor removed from the abdomen and when I got out of the hospital the doctor prescribed to me hydroco/acetaminop 5 325 mg for pain. At first it was 2 pills every 6 hours and then my second refill he changed the orders to 1 pill every 4 hours. My question is, is there a reason for that? ## Hello, Joeyboy! How are you? Yes, there is a reason, because once you've been healing for a bit, your pain shouldn't be as bad, so you shouldn't need as much of the narcotic. Plus it also helps prevent addiction and they'll be easier to stop at a lower dose. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help...

I have a pink oval pill made from Watson do you know the name its a pain pill ## Hello, Elizabeth! How are you? What are the markings on the tablet? There is no M 385 tablet and the one with WATSON 385 on it is white, so is the one with M 358 on it. They are both listed as generics for Vicodin that contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I found this pill in my 18 year old nieces pocket when i went to wash clothes and i've tried looking it up and cant find it anywhere. Please help. ## This tablet was manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as having contained 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The reason you couldn't find it listed anywhere is due to the fact that is has been discontinued due to the amount of Acetaminophen that was in it. The FDA no longer allows combination prescription medications to contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, so this hasn't been manufactured for several years, now. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation....

white oblong tablet ## THIS IS NOT HYDROCODONE NOR ANY TYPE OF NARCOTIC! Pills marked with a 44 followed by additional numbers are all over the counter items. They are made by LNK international and they DO NOT make any prescription medications. This one is a generic or store brand of Midol, containing Pamabrom 25mgs, Acetaminophen 500mgs and Pyrilamine 15mgs. ## Yes this is definitely a generic version of Midol I bought it at family dollars for menstrual cramps then I found it in my purse out of the bottle and wondered what it was myself forgetting I bought that but when I looked on here and it showed up as a generic Midol now makes sense

My doctor writes my prescription for Hydrodcod/Acetam 5-325 and the maker is Watson. When the drug store filled it last week it has M365 on the pill. I have taken three on three different days and noticed there was no relief. I took one pill 3 hrs ago and there has been no relief. That is the reason I took a pill out of the bottle and found the M365 stamped on the pill. If they are suppose to be the same - why is the pain still there? ## The M365 pills are indeed hydrocodone (5mg) + acetaminophen (325mg); however it may be that certain binders/fillers in these tablets affect bioavailability or how well they get absorbed into your system vs the other brand you're used to taking. If I were in this position, I'd probably see if the prescribing doctor could specify a particular manu...

Supposed to be a Lortab, scored with IP 414. Please ID ## Can I ask the color and shape of the tablet? I'm not finding a marking for IP414 in any of the databases. I have, however, found one marked IP 144, a brown, caplet, that contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, a generic or store brand for Advil or Motrin. Please post back and let me know if this matches the tablet in question, or provide whatever additional information you can. In the meantime, I'll keep looking.

Has anyone filled their prescription for blue Watson 10/500 pills from any pharmacies over the phone? I got 90 that look like my CVS refill, but have the effect of a vitamin. Ripped off again. ## I think I was similarly scammed. The color was greenish, not blue like the regular Watson 10/500 and tasted salty. I had been called 20 times and finally succumbed. Is this your experience too. The phone number was a 305 exchange ## I purchased Norcos over the phone. Came in a vacuumed plastic bag. They were blue with WATSON 540 printed on them. The looked real but when you take them it is like you are on valium, you don't get pain relief. Purchased from a 321 exchange. Anyone else with the same experience? ## I have also received fake pills from a 321 exchange. They are not real and will n...

What is a pink-ish / orange pill with G | 32 on one side, and 500 on the other inscribed on it? Could it be a Hydrocodone tablet? ## Hi Rachael - the tablet you described is Naproxen 500 mg, NOT Hydrocodone. (NDC 68462-190) Naproxen is an NSAID pain reliever, whereas Hydrocodone is an opiate pain reliever - so they are in different classes of meds. Inactive ingredients: - Microcrystalline Cellulose - Croscarmellose Sodium - Povidone - Magnesium Stearate I hope this helps! ## Is there such a thing for a pink pill and three lines on it? Could it be vicodin 500 or 7.5mg? Please help me. ## Hello, Terry! How are you? Have they made a new hydrocodone pill? I saw on the news last summer, talking about the new drug how it was stronger. I don't want to go to the oxy or plans yet. ## Hello, Nick! How are you? Yes, there is a new one called Zohydro, it is a time released formulation of Hydrocodone, without the Acetaminophen that's in the other Hydrocodone products that are available. It's manufactured by Zogenix and they warn that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have been taking hydrocodone/APAP 10/650. Recently my pharmacy changed the pill to a blue with M361 on side. I haven't gotten relief from pain with one pill as prescribe instead I'm up to one and have or two to control pain. What is the difference? I'm still in pain after two pills sometimes. ## Hello, Seafarr! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're having this problem. There can be some slight fluctuations from one generic to another. How long have you been taking the new one? Your body should adjust after a week or so, but that's not really going to happen if you keep doubling up. That's also not safe to do with these high amounts of Acetaminophen. Have you consulted your doctor? These ones with the higher amounts of Acetaminophen in them are being remov...

What major drug store chain carries watson hydrocodone pills? ## There is really no way of knowing, the only thing you can try is asking the pharmacies who manufactures the ones they carry. Since it is a generic, it can vary, at any given time, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, when the pharmacy had to restock their supply. That is how they keep their prices down for customers. Are there any other questions? ## Bro f*** the Watson brand, the yellow v cuts that have a Flying V or the peach are way better. Watson are weak. If you put the peach r 7.5 against the 10/325, the peach wins and it's lower in strength, but stronger than Watson. ## Do you have to ask if they carry your hydrocodone in person only? Or can you call? ## I get a monthly prescription of Norco 10 325 ...
