The oval, yellow tablet with the S 901 imprint contains 0.5mgs of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax. There is a tablet that matches this description, it is manufactured by Victory Pharma, and they list it as containing 375mgs of Naproxen, (equivalent.) It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.

I found a white oblong pill imprinted with "601 dl" on my son's night table. What is it for? ## I believe you're looking at it upside down and the imprint is IP 109.
